"The word Okini means to share, that is the Lakota philosophy. The people listed on Okini list are families in need who don't have the resources to buy necessities."

You can donate necessities to both Individuals and families

Once you've decided, depending on the handler of the family's donations, email either

    Barbara Speer at bspeer@nativeprogress.org
    or
    Deb Holcomb at dholcomb@nativeprogress.org

In your email, list which families and/or the family members you'd like to support along with which items you'd like to get them.

We will be in touch to finalize details.

A tracking number will be required to confirm the gifts have shipped & remove the family's requests.
This is to ensure people receive gifts & to avoid families receiving duplicates.

You will have the choice to physically shop for these items and ship them from your home or use online services such as Amazon, Walmart or Target.
